These platforms include the National Spatial Tissue Profiling (NaSPro) Platform. This is an integrated, state-of-the-art technology platform for single cell imaging and molecular profiling of complex tissues to facilitate precision medicine.
National Preclinical Imaging Centre (NPIC)
The Centre provides a national pre-clinical imaging resource open to all academic, industry and not-for-profit researchers, and has locations in Dublin (RCSI, UCD) and Galway (NUI Galway). NPIC establishes a national pre-clinical magnetic resonance (MR) facility, a national high-field preclinical MR / chemical imaging platform and incorporates a high-resolution micro-computed tomography (CT) and Optical Imaging laboratory.
The Complete Mass Spectrometry Resource (CMAP)
This is a pioneering analysis platform funded by Science Foundation Ireland (SFI) providing metabolomic, proteomic and chemical analysis.
